Delivery Policy
At Pink Clover, we take pride in ensuring that your flowers arrive in perfect condition and on time. Please review our delivery guidelines below:
Delivery Areas
We offer same-day delivery all over Oahu island. For deliveries outside this range, please contact us to confirm availability.
Same-Day Delivery
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (local time) are eligible for same-day delivery.
- For orders placed after 6:00 PM, we will schedule delivery for the next business day unless special date arrangements are made.
Delivery Timing
- Standard deliveries are made between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
- We will deliver according to our regular schedule if the time-specific delivery fee is not paid, and we cannot be held responsible for missed time requests. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
- For time-sensitive deliveries (e.g., for events or special occasions), please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Delivery Fees
- A delivery fee applies based on the recipient's location and is calculated during checkout.
- Additional charges may apply for rush deliveries or deliveries outside of our standard delivery zone.
Recipient Availability
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, secure location, if possible (e.g., with a neighbor or in a shaded area at the door).
- We will notify you by phone or email once delivery has been completed. If we cannot leave the flowers safely, we will attempt a second delivery for an additional charge.
Incorrect Address
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
- If the address provided is incorrect and requires a second delivery attempt, an additional $30 re-delivery fee will be charged.
Special Delivery Instructions
- If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, apartment numbers, or preferred times), please include them during checkout or contact our customer service team directly.
Holiday Deliveries
- During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may vary due to high demand. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Delivery Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation via email or text once your flowers have been successfully delivered.
Delivery Restrictions
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- If the delivery location is in a restricted-access area (e.g., hospitals, military bases, office buildings), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access or notify the recipient to accept the delivery at a designated entrance.
Non-Delivery Circumstances
- If an order cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather conditions, recipient unavailability), we will notify you immediately to reschedule the delivery or offer a refund.
