Ordering was so easy. Many photos to choose from then add your own wording and you can talk to them by text or phone to customize. Delivery was confirmed with photos and it was there on time. I felt very assured that it would be really nice. I ordered a Cross standing wreath with soft pink rose and white flowers, it was very beautiful. Highly recommended
