Do you offer same-day hospital delivery?
Yes — order by 4:30 PM HST on weekdays (2:30 PM weekends) and we'll deliver the same day between 12 PM and 7 PM.
What details do you need for a hospital order?
The recipient's full name, hospital name, ward or room number if known, and a phone number. If the room changes, we coordinate with reception.
What if the patient is discharged before delivery?
We'll contact you right away and arrange redelivery to their home address at a convenient time.
